Kindergarten

Beanstalk Kindergarten provides a nurturing, supportive, small-class environment. Our full day kindergarten program encourages children to explore, communicate, and create. At Beanstalk, we use the Reggio Emilia project based approach in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Dept. of Education kindergarten standards, preparing our youngsters to confidently enter first grade. Our teachers incorporate their own creativity in identifying the interests of the children through brainstorming and observing them at play. They use a variety of materials that support the study topic across the curriculum.  We present reading, language, arts, math, science, social studies, physical fitness, health, nutrition and social skills, in a fun and engaging way to help encourage a lifelong love of learning.
